Thank you for your letter of 14th March 1997. I find the proposal to allow us to install additional side hung windows at £117 each including VAT if required in the next six months to be entirely acceptable and this fully meets my concerns. I will let you know whether we wish to take up this offer before 14th September 1997.
I enclose final payment for the conservatory now the door and window catches have been modified to fully work. This payment is for invoices (NUMBER) and (NUMBER), both dated 27/01/97, for a total of £1290.
I'd like to conclude by saying how pleased we are with the final result, helped by good design advice and efficient building. Thank you very much to you and all those involved from start to finish.
