I am writing in the first place to thank you for sending us the Guarantee on our conservatory which has just been completed.
Secondly, my wife and I would like to express our real thanks to all the members of your staff with whom we have dealt from the beginning of the project.
John and Michael gave us excellent service and advice at the very beginning and enabled us to get the whole project underway. They were the only people to advise us of the necessity of getting Planning Permission from Peterborough City Council when we were considering the various quotations we obtained.
Then all the various craftsmen who came to build the various components were early and punctual (no mean achievement since they all came from Norwich), courteous and conscientious. So we would be grateful if you would pass on our personal thanks to Wayne and Tristram, Gary and Kelvin, and finally Ricky.
Last of all there was yourself and Andrew in the office who were most helpful when problems arose.
So please accept our thanks for a job well done.
