Just to let you know that our new gazebo is now up and it looks fantastic! Despite a large amount of hassle at this end with the delivery, and the installer not turning up until two days later than requested (and no phone call at all the day I waited in) it has finally happened in between my daily hospital visits!!!! The logistics delivery driver has now lost his delivery note but once I have sent them a copy (if I can find it) all will be complete.
The company who we were previously going to use took three months over the summer before finally deciding that they could not build our gazebo for us....THREE MONTHS!!!!!!!
Anyway............your company have provided us with a really lovely quality product which will look wonderful for many years to come. I think it is excellent value for such a superb product so thank you very much indeed.

Dear Summer Gardens

The shed arrived (a bit earlier in the day than expected!) and the guys put it up in no time really (1hour and 15 minutes or so).

Very happy as it fitted in the space I have earmarked and generally it is good quality and looks quite good too.

My only criticism is the windows are fitted from the outside (beading on the outside, not so good when I specified the toughened glass) and the door hinges have all the screws on the outside, as a security amateur these are weaknesses that can be exploited.

I have spent most of the week filling it up. The bench was about 3 inches too long for where I wanted it, but the construction allowed me to change that very simply. I have yet to put the shelves in but I fitted the alarm this afternoon. Again really simple even for me.

So all in all very happy with the products, so far it has had nothing but positive comments from all 6 visitors, even the dog managed a nap.

My 8x6 greenhouse was delivered as arranged last Friday and erection of the base and frame has been trouble-free thanks largely to the excellent instructions provided. However, no instructions for glazing were included. This did not worry me unduly as I downloaded and printed from your website. From the glazing instructions it's apparent that the PVC H-profiles were missing from my kit. Can you please rectify this as soon as possible, and also include a printed copy of the glazing instructions to ensure I have the latest version? Thank you.

The delivery was exactly as you said it would be, on time and with a courteous driver. We unloaded to kerbside and he was away to make his next delivery.

Your website allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted, 2.1 x 1.5 Apex, Single Door, No Windows.

The shed went together perfectly and with over 50 years experience in the UK TImber Trade I must say that although this is a budget shed the manufacturers did not skimp of the sizes or the quality of the timber. All the pieces were there and more fixings than we needed !

It is excellent value for money and I am sure will give many years of service.

Thank you for the Gazebo which we are very pleased with. Unfortunately on unpacking the Solar powered security light we discovered the light assembly was in pieces and the sensor had snapped off. The damage was not obvious until the packaging was opened as the packaging itself was intact apart from a small hole in the top.

We would therefore appreciate it if you could send a replacement light.

Received the above last December but delayed erecting until last week. You were "spot on" with you build instructions & all nuts bolts etc.,included, despite my misgivings. " I received what I thought was a meccano set with various fixings falling out of the box delivered. (The plastic bag had been burst.)
I am therefore highly delighted to find yours is a high quality product and when built; it is a strong and stable construction. The design is ideal for small garden corners such as mine and much more decorative than the conventional g/hse design.
Hopefully, I will endeavour to enclose a photo of the finished product. If successful, the door has been wedged open for the cat and to the detriment of my tomatoes. The protective white plastic on the roof has been left at this point to protect the plants from sun. The two geese are mine, but don't lay eggs!
