I wanted to say a big thank you for our gazebo, which arrived 28th Sept and we put up on the 29th.

We are really delighted with the quality of the building and the inside of the roof is really beautiful. It has made a great addition to our garden. We've fitted removable perspex 'windows over the 2 'windows' and the slated sides, which keeps it warmer in the cool months, fitted a pendant light/heater from the central roof wood, sealed some of the joints to stop leaks with transparent sealant and painted the exterior green.

The hexagonal table and 3 benches are absolutely perfect.

It took quite a lot of skill to interpret the instructions, sort the screws and carefully build it, but it was good to do the job ourselves and we have got a lot of satisfaction from it.

I would rate the wooden gazebo 087 purchased through yourselves with 5 star. Good quality, and easy to build -- excellent! Only 1 slight negative comment would be to make each roof section about 2mm wider which I believe would ensure there are no small gaps between each section when in place against each roof timber.

We thank your colleague Jonathan for advising on this beautiful alternative model instead of our first choice, which is so much better for us in our newly landscaped garden. We noticed later that you have a separate heading about widths and depths, stating widths always come first in sizes.

I will record the successful delivery of the greenhouse 'kit' to my address this morning. Both deliveries were carried out with care and good humour – and promptly. The crate items were moved carefully over some -not too perfect pathway - with the willing cooperation of the driver. The frame delivery was a 'walk in the park' – just needing a helping lift from me! I have checked the glass and all appears intact.

I now look forward to building a framework – I enjoy a challenge but who knows -may just have to take you up on your offers of further support!!

I spent a long time scouring the internet for a good quality and reasonably-priced pent bike shed and your shed stood out in every way. Simple to order - and customise how I wanted the shed and given the national demand for sheds and timber as a result of the Covid lockdown the estimated delivery date was better than most companies.

Within a week or so of ordering I was personally telephone to advise of the date of delivery, which very much helped with planning.

The shed arrived on the morning of the identified delivery date and was very securely and compactly packaged on a pallet. The instructions made the unpacking very easy by following the safety advice ... you definitely should have a second person to help you.

When I laid out and checked the components against the inventory in the guide I was hugely impressed with the quality of the timber, the build and the design. However I did note that my kit contained two identical gables when this should have been a handed pair. I contacted them just before 4pm on the delivery day (Thursday) and sent them a photo of the two identical gables in my order. The company responded to the email within minutes and assured me that they would resolve the issue as soon as possible. I was astounded to receive the correct component by courier by midday the next day!! This was fantastic service and meant that by getting the part to me on a Friday I could still go ahead and construct the shed over the weekend.

It doesn't matter to me that there was an error in my delivery - what matters is how the company responsible responds and resolves the issue. I cannot praise them enough for the speed and manner in which they put this right, including emails and a personal call. Just brilliant!

The price of the shed I purchased was comparable to many other similar sized and designed sheds on the market. However careful research showed that so many competitors were vastly inferior in terms of build and materials. I am delighted with my shed and the service from Summer Garden Buildings. I would absolutely recommend them to all and commend them for their determination to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you!

After my initial nerves, have to say great service and a 9/10 product, we had one board that was warped, but adapted and overcame! Only other comment is that the instructions could do with a re-write, while it is self explanatory there are a couple of quirks that would benefit from more detail.
