• The dwarf wall prices do not include the concrete base. A full concrete base is required to suit growing in bags or pots or a concrete perimeter base to suit growing in soil.
• The prices for dwarf walls include supplying mortar and facing bricks subject to a maximum cost price of 50 pence per brick.
• The prices for dwarf walls include single skin dwarf walls pointed inside and out.
• The prices for dwarf walls assume one 1200mm wide doorway.
• Additional labour is charged at £15 per hour.
• An interval of up to seven days is advisable between completion of the dwarf walls and installation, especially in cold weather. However, if required in warmer weather it may be possible for the installation to proceed with care after only a day or two.
• All prices include VAT.

• A perimeter base features a concrete foundation trench around the perimeter only with soil inside the greenhouse. A central path is available as an option.
• A full concrete base is fully concreted with no soil inside the greenhouse.
• Perimeter bases are normally larger than the greenhouse. For example, an 8' x 10' greenhouse requires a 10' x 12' perimeter base.
• The prices for concrete bases include supplying concrete, hardcore and shuttering as required.
• Central path in a perimeter base £12 per 24" x 24" paving slab.
• Additional labour is charged at £15 per hour.
• All prices include VAT at 17.5% / The builder in this area is currently not VAT registered.
• A base completion date is specified when you order. This is normally six weeks after the order date unless an alternative date is agreed. The greenhouse is delivered shortly after this date. The completion date may be longer at busier times or due to holidays.
• An interval of up to seven days is advisable between the base and the brickwork, especially in cold weather. However, if required in warmer weather it may be possible for the brickwork to proceed with care after only a day or two.
• If possible you should allow space around the building for ease of installation and maintenance. If the base is sited near a wall or fence you should allow for the roof overhang. You should also cut back any overhanging trees or branches.
• If you are present when the work is completed you should ask the base layer to demonstrate that the base is the correct size and level.
