Since we were established in 1981 we have connected thousands of customers to our unique network of independent fitters. Specialist teams have offered to install our buildings in many areas at favourable rates in return for recurring work. The prices are offered within a specific area and subject to conditions. You deal direct with the fitter which keeps the prices low and you pay them separately on completion. We make no commission except for a small upfront referral fee. The fitters pay us nothing and we pay them nothing. Although we do not manage or supervise the work directly we listen carefully to feedback and any team who provides a poor service is removed from our network. Included in the Suggested Installation Prices

• All sizes are approximate and you pay for the nearest size. For example, a 6'6"x8'6" greenhouse is charged as 6'x8'.
• All installation prices include fully fitting the greenhouse complete with glass and base plinth.
• The prices do not include any base preparation or fixing the base plinth down into concrete.
• All installation prices include fitting the standard allocation of roof vents plus up to 2 additional vents.
• All installation prices include fitting up to 2 louvred vents.
• Installation prices for apex roof greenhouses include fitting staging and high level shelving to one side only.

Any other additional labour is chargeable. Please consult the tradesman. This installer is not VAT registered so no VAT is payable.

Additional Information

• The installer has agreed the suggested prices with us in advance. Payment is due to the installer on the day of completion. If the work is not completed the customer is entitled to withhold a proportionate amount in relation to the uncompleted work.
• By starting the work the installer implies acceptance of the prices and conditions set out on this page. By allowing the work to proceed the customer also implies acceptance of these prices and conditions.
• We recommend the customer to advise the installer in advance of any special requirements or unusual site conditions and to clearly indicate the position of the building and any accessories. We also recommend the installer to advise the customer at the earliest opportunity if additional charges are likely.
• We recommend the customer to inspect the work carefully soon after completion, if possible while the installer is still on site, and to discuss any concerns without delay.
• The installation prices do not include a survey by the installer and assume reasonable access to the site on any weekday with notice at least the day before.
• The installation prices do not include site clearance or base preparation and assume that a base is provided which is flat, level and to the correct size.
• If possible adequate space should be allowed around a building to ensure comfortable access for installation and maintenance. If the building is sited near a wall or fence remember to allow for any roof overhang. Overhanging trees or branches should be cut back.
• We regularly monitor the prices charged by our installers. In over 90% of cases the actual prices charged and the prices quoted above are exactly the same. However, the installer is entitled to charge for any additional labour or return visits which may be required in order to complete the work as a result of shortages or faulty base preparation by others. An extra visit of an hour or less after completion is normally charged as two hours labour excluding travel. At the other extreme a wasted day due to a fundamental problem at the start is normally charged as four hours labour excluding travel.
• The prices assume that packaging can be disposed of on site with other household waste.
