Thank you very much for your email regarding our conversation today about the back cushions that I paid for but are no longer available and of the refund you kindly offered me.
Your supplier has certainly left you in the lurch and I hope you do not get any customers who give you a hard time!
The Love Seats are really great for a few reasons.
I am just over 6ft tall so the depth from the ground to the seat was a huge factor in why I bought from you as my insidr leg measurement is 33" and cheaper ones were not as accomodating.
Also that it came ready made was something I needed as no way could I have built them and I do not like to involve others if I can help it.
These seats will encourage me to sit out in my garden as I have been in my own Lockdown for 3 years prior to the Pandemic ones and have hardly ventured away from my home. I suffer with depression and anxiety. And I had no seating outside.
I went out twice last year to my dentist only and had a lift so have not even experienced Social Distancing and wearing a mask was 20 minutes tops.
It is very surreal not doing those things like my family and friends have been doing.
I only saw my friend briefly last year to exchange Christmas gifts outside because it was raining. Then again in April when it was my birthday.
Family all live in Essex and Scotland so have seen none since Covid 19 arrived.
I decided I needed to get some garden seats so that I could at least have start having visitors again when restrictions eased and we could sit outside where it would be safer for me and for them whilst Covid is still being a menace.
I thought you may like to hear my story so that you know what a positive difference these seats are going to make in my life.
I had my second Covid jab today so am hoping I will feel brave enough to start to re-engage with the world again.
But first I shall need to acclimatise with breathing in fresh air outside from haha.
Now you know what an important purchase this has been!
I enclose a photo of them and I paid for some paving slabs to be laid so am all set to enjoy the summer.
