Please find enclosed the final instalment in respect of our conservatory.
Both my wife and myself would like to express our sincere thanks to every one of your staff that have been involved with this project. From the very first contact with (NAME) at Horningsea, to the surveyor, to the marvellous team that dug the footings, the bricklayers, the conservatory erection team to the tiler, we really want to say a very big thankyou.
At no time did we feel, or were given �the hard sell�. We were helped and advised, our ideas were listened to and we were treated as though our conservatory was the only one being built by your Company this year. Without contradiction, your whole installation team worked to such a high standard we could not fault any of them. A more cheerful, helpful team we would not have found anywhere else. We were never left in the dark as to what was happening. Or when it would happen. The men always turned up on time and never made any mess, and always cleared up every evening before they left. Our questions were answered professionally whenever we asked them, by people who cared about what they were doing and were obviously proud of their work.
As I think you can tell we are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
