I have pleasure in enclosing our cheque for �420 in respect of final payment for, what we are calling our �Garden Room�. We are very pleased with the finished product and have achieved the effect we were after.
We want to compliment you on your whole operation, first and foremost (NAME). We didn't know anything about your firm, you were �picked� out of the Yellow Pages, but after a brief but informative telephone conversation with (NAME) we visited your show rooms where we found him most helpful, guiding us in the right direction. The biggest selling point was that we never felt pressured and as far as we are concerned that is a major point.
Second the lads who laid the base, what super lads, they came, they worked, they cleared up and they were gone and we hardly knew they had been.
There was one delay but it's not worth mentioning when the next stage was completed so efficiently.
Although we haven't had a downpour yet, I'm sure everything will be all right when we do have one.
