Flexible and adjustable design

Adjustable ridge height - the roof pitch and therefore the ridge height is variable. Ideally the roof pitch should be at least 10 degrees but if required it can be reduced by a few degrees or increased up to a maximum of 15 degrees. These are not absolute limits and assembly is possible with a slightly lower or higher roof pitch if required.
Adjustable eaves height - the eaves height can be reduced by cutting the posts, which reduces the ridge height by the same amount.
Adjustable post positions - the cantilevered design allows the posts to be moved away from the corners if required to avoid an obstruction.
Adjustable eaves beam position - the main eaves support beam can be set back from the front if required to avoid an obstruction.
The posts can be set in from each corner by between 300mm and 450mm to each side.
The eaves beam can be set back from the front by between 200mm and 700mm.
If you cut the posts to reduce the height you may need to drill new holes in order to attach the base plates.
In normal circumstances we do not advise cutting the posts by more than 150mm (6"), which reduces the clearance below the eaves beam to around 1850mm (6'1").

POWDER COATED ALUMINIUM: Extruded hollow section aluminium profiles are cut to size and drilled or welded to form a lightweight and strong frame. Aluminium is ideal for outside use because it does not corrode like steel. The aluminium is powder coated, a tough paint finish which has excellent weathering properties.

GAZEBO JOINING KIT: To create a gazebo large enough to cover the sizes described on this page, each model consists of two gazebos and a dedicated joining kit. The kit includes everything needed to neatly and securely connect the two gazebos together. In addition to the aluminium trim running up the roof to cover the join where the two gazebos meet, the kit also has pieces for joining the gutters and the eaves beams, along with all required fixings. On gazebos with an 8ft projection, the cover trim will need cutting to length though the exposed edge will be concealed by the gazebo's gutter once it is in place. All other components required for assembly of these gazebos are supplied cut to length and pre-drilled. The aluminium cover trim is powder coated the same colour as the main glazing bars of the gazebo to ensure a smart appearance.

TWIN WALL POLYCARBONATE: Twin wall polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable and very practical. Polycarbonate is safe with small children or pets around and easy to handle during installation. Tinted polycarbonate reduces glare by diffusing light in the same way as sunglasses.

LEAN TO GAZEBOS: In essence a lean to gazebo is just a large roof canopy with open sides so it provides a shady seating area immediately outside the house plus a great storage area for things which need to be kept dry. A lean to gazebo is similar to a conservatory but one step closer to the garden. Increasingly lean to gazebos are used as an inexpensive and handy general storage area for a multitude of other things including barbecues, garden furniture, cushions, wellies and a host of other sundries. With open sides the access is convenient but a gazebo is not as secure as a shed or garage. You should consider security before deciding which items to store in your gazebo.

SEALING A LEAN TO GAZEBO AGAINST THE WALL: Although it is not essential, for best results a lean to gazebo should be sealed against the host wall. There are various ways of doing this depending on the wall surface. The easiest way is a simple silicone seal but this will require the most maintenance. Adhesive flashing is a more permanent solution but it will also require occasional maintenance. The best seal is lead flashing dressed into the existing mortar, which requires little or no maintenance. However, it is the most expensive option and normally requires a plumber. With no seal at all, a lean to gazebo still provides a waterproof canopy and although the walls may be damp on occasion this may not be a problem. Lean to gazebos are normally supplied with no flashing or sealant included due to the various different options available to suit different sites and individual requirements.

BUILDING LOCATION: You may need to consult with your local planning authority if using the gazebo for commercial use. The same may apply for residential customers who wish to place their gazebo ahead of their building line or are considering connecting additional gazebos to create something with an internal area above 30sqm. Please note, these examples are not exhaustive and it is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure appropriate regulations are being followed.

A choice of composite decking kits

DOWNPIPE KIT: A popular option is our downpipe kit, which connects onto the standard guttering outlets supplied with the gazebo. The kit includes grey PVCu downpipes along with multiple angled connectors, brackets and fixings. The downpipes can be cut to length, which enables the kit to be compatible with the adjustable position of the corner posts, but also to suit either supplying a waterbutt or leaving them full length so they drain to the ground. This kit is available with a downpipe for both ends of the gutter or with a downpipe at one end and a stopend at the other.

ADDITIONAL GAZEBO JOINING KITS: If you need to cover an even wider area, we offer additional joining kits. The kit includes everything you need to neatly and securely connect two of these gazebos together. For example, you could connect a 20ft wide gazebo to a 22ft wide one to create a gazebo approximately 42ft wide. In addition to the aluminium trim running up the roof to cover the join where the two gazebos meet, the kit also has pieces for joining the gutters and the eaves beams, along with all required fixings. SHEET END CLOSURES: These C profile end closures help stiffen the roof sheets, which can add to the durability of the sheets at more exposed sites by minimising the amount the sheets can flex in the wind. As an added benefit, capping the sheets also helps keep them cleaner by reducing the amount of dirt and grit, etc, which can get into the flutes in the polycarbonate.

WPC COMPOSITE DECKING KITS: This superb quality WPC wood plastic composite decking closely resembles real wood, with the same look and feel. However, it is virtually maintenance free and it will never rot. At a glance it is difficult to tell the difference between this composite material and real timber decking with a stained finish. Furthermore, the similarities are not skin deep like a thin veneer. The realistic finish has a fibrous surface which looks similar to the grain of real wood. This synthetic composite is also heavier and stronger than real wood. The strength, durability and lack of maintenance make this superb decking a popular choice with pensioners and discerning commercial buyers such as care homes. Occasional cleaning with soapy water normally restores the original appearance. If any dirt or stains become ingrained after prolonged neglect even the most stubborn marks can be cleaned with a pressure washer.

Our WPC composite decking is a revolutionary material which provides all the benefits of real wood without the maintenance. It can be left outside uncovered all year round. Unlike real wood this synthetic wood is a weatherproof material with no knots, splinters, machining marks or other imperfections. It will never develop splits or shakes and no sap will ever ooze out of it. Our wood plastic composite is an equal mixture of real wood and recycled plastic. Even the wood is a mixture of sawdust and unusable offcuts, so it is the ultimate environmentally friendly alternative to wood. The colour pigments are mixed in before the powdered composite is moulded into shape, so the colour runs all the way through the finished product. The boards are completely impervious to water. The boards can be sawn, drilled and screwed, just like real wood. You can fix it with standard woodscrews. Being heavier and denser than real wood, screw fixings are actually stronger in composite boards.

We recommend that someone is present to receive your gazebo. If this is not possible we can deliver when you are out - please contact us for options.
The driver can normally unload your gazebo at the kerbside without assistance even if it is heavy. At most sites the driver can normally carry all but the heaviest parcels into the back garden unaided but it may not be possible to carry all heavy parcels to your preferred place, especially if there are steps or other obstructions.
PERFORMANCE DATA: Over 90% delivered on time, less than 5% of deliveries reported damaged. We check the performance of our carriers regularly and publish the results. These large and heavy parcels are extremely difficult to deliver. Most carriers refuse to carry such bulky items. Too large for automated sorting lines, these parcels can only be handled manually. Drivers and warehouse staff struggle to lift these packages so occasional delays are more likely. Please allow a few days extra to avoid disappointment.

If you did not select a delivery day and you want fast delivery please email us as soon as possible after ordering. If you are not ready for delivery you do not need to select a delivery day while ordering - you can request delivery later.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Next day delivery is available throughout mainland England, Wales, southern Scotland and central Scotland. We deliver on the next working day if requested before 10.00am. For example, to request delivery on Monday just contact us before 10.00am on Friday.

DELAYED DELIVERY: You can request a delivery day weeks in advance or you can wait to choose a delivery day later. We can deliver on any weekday of your choice, just contact us before 10.00am the day before.

SCOTLAND: Delivery is normally next day to all mainland addresses in AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PA1-19, PA21-23, PA35-36, PH1-18 and TD postcodes. Delivery is 2-3 days to mainland and offshore addresses in all other postcodes.

OFFSHORE ISLANDS: Delivery is normally next day to the Isle of Wight. Delivery is within 2-3 days to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.

NORTHERN IRELAND: Unfortunately we're currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland at present.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND: Unfortunately we're currently unable to deliver to Republic of Ireland at present.

2-3 DAY DELIVERY: In some areas next day delivery is not possible. 2-3 day delivery is the only option in Northern Scotland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. In these areas the AM and Saturday delivery options are also not available.
